Welcome to Golf Month - evolved from PGA Free Lesson Month - to promote golf as "fun and welcoming."PGA Free Lesson Month changed to better align with Golf 2.0 to address the perception that golf is not "welcoming," as well as to attract target groups - new and lapsed golfers, including women and families.
With complimentary instruction as its foundation, Welcome to Golf Month will highlight PGA Professionals as the experts in instruction. During the month of May, showcase how your facility can embrace golfers of all abilities and make it fun and easy to stay in the game.
Earn 4 MSR credits for hosting and providing post-event results to The PGA.

Welcome to Golf Month is the perfect time for lapsed golfers to come back to the game; new golfers to try the game; and avid golfers to bring a friend or family member to the game.
